Promotion Name: Mother’s Day Gift with Purchase

Sponsor: Avenues at Northfield, 8340 Northfield Blvd., Denver, CO 80238

Promotion Period: May 1, 2026 – May 15, 2026, or while supplies last.

Eligibility:

• Offer valid only for individuals who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Avenues at Northfield, its tenants, agents, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

How to Qualify:

• Spend a cumulative total of $300 or more (before tax and after discounts) at one or more Main Street tenants at Avenues at Northfield between May 1 and May 15, 2026, or while supplies last.
• Participants will choose from and receive one (1) $50 lululemon gift card OR (1) $50 Hand & Stone gift card for every $300 spent (e.g., $600 in qualifying receipts = 2 gift cards), while supplies last.
• Receipts must be dated within the promotional window and may be submitted for redemption through May 15, 2026, during posted redemption hours.
• Limit five (5) gift cards per person for the duration of the promotion. Offer available while supplies last.

Redemption Details:

• Redemption Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

At the time of redemption, participants must:

1. Present valid, legible receipts totaling $300 or more in cumulative purchases.
2. Complete a sign-out sheet at the redemption location.
3. Scan a QR code and fill out a short online form providing their contact information.
4. Participants will be given the option to opt in to Avenues at Northfield email database, but membership is not required to receive the gift.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify identity.

Main Street Tenants Definition:

“Main Street tenants” refer to retailers located in the Main Street section of Avenues at Northfield.

General Terms:

• Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, returned, or replaced if lost or stolen.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Receipts must be legible and unaltered. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any receipt or transaction deemed fraudulent, unclear, or not in compliance with these terms.
• Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

Release & Limitation of Liability:

By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Avenues at Northfield, its affiliates, partners, tenants, and promotional agencies from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with participation in the promotion or acceptance of any gift.

Privacy:

Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Personal information provided during redemption will be used to administer the promotion and may be used for marketing communications if the participant opts into the Avenues email distribution.
